Faran Tahir To Star In FLIGHT WWII (Flight World War II)
The exciting and thrilling first trailer of Pakistani-American Hollywood actor Faran Tahir’s latest upcoming movie, Flight WWII, is out! Check it our below. The film (set to release on 2nd June, 2015 in USA), which starts off being set in present times, tells the story of a modern day 757 fight en route from Washington D.C to London which gets caught up in bad weather, and mysteriously ends up traveling back in time to WWII Germany in the year 1940. How the airplane’s staff struggles to keep passengers alive, safe and somehow fly them back home, forms the basis of the rest of the story.
The flight finds itself caught in a battle between Allied and German Forces and in their desperation to return home safely, those on board manage to turn the tide that wins the war in Europe. The story is based on true events.
Speaking about his character in the movie, Faran states, “I play the lead – the Pilot Mr. Strong. An ordinary flight from Washington D.C. to London is hit by a freak lightening storm and somehow, going back in time, ends up flying over WWII Germany. My job is to bring everyone back home safely. I really enjoyed doing this film and hope audiences enjoy watching the movie just as much.”
